I’m a designer and researcher interested in making complex services easier to understand, access, and navigate.
Why services work the way they do, where people get stuck, and what is happening behind the scenes that creates those experiences are things that really get my gears turning.
When I'm not thinking about services, I'm probably out for a run, around a board game table, tending to my increasingly hydroponic garden, or disappearing down a video essay rabbit hole. I'm also a big fan of solarpunk and urban design, especially ideas around greener, more walkable cities, third spaces, and better ways of living together.
